Who I work with

Private treatment is available for individuals:

  • Aged 18 or older

  • With a BMI above 17

  • Who have not been hospitalised within the past 6 months for medical instability or psychiatric risk related to an eating disorder

What to expect

We’ll start with an initial 90-minute assessment to get to know your story and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan that usually involves weekly 50–55-minute sessions.
Together, we’ll work to:

  • Set clear, meaningful goals

  • Shift the behaviours keeping you stuck

  • Challenge self-limiting beliefs

  • Build self-compassion, body acceptance, and food freedom

We'll also explore the role your eating behaviours have been playing - and help you replace them with healthier, life-affirming coping strategies.

You deserve a life that feels bigger and freer than food obsession, body shame, or self-criticism.


Therapy Approach

I use evidence-based therapies to support your recovery, including:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-ED), Enhanced CBT (CBT-E), and Brief CBT (CBT-T)

  • Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM)

  • Guided Self-Help (GSH)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (DBT-ED)

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
