Who I work with
Private treatment is available for individuals:
Aged 18 or older
With a BMI above 17
Who have not been hospitalised within the past 6 months for medical instability or psychiatric risk related to an eating disorder
What to expect
We’ll start with an initial 90-minute assessment to get to know your story and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan that usually involves weekly 50–55-minute sessions.
Together, we’ll work to:
Set clear, meaningful goals
Shift the behaviours keeping you stuck
Challenge self-limiting beliefs
Build self-compassion, body acceptance, and food freedom
We'll also explore the role your eating behaviours have been playing - and help you replace them with healthier, life-affirming coping strategies.
You deserve a life that feels bigger and freer than food obsession, body shame, or self-criticism.
